Life as a graduate at Capacitas

There is no slow lane
You will be deployed on client engagements quickly, working as part of a project team solving technology, performance and optimisation challenges across complex enterprise estates – from cloud and platforms to AI-enabled systems.
We don’t follow best practice. We define it.
Our methodologies are built on technical IP developed over two decades and across multiple technology cycles – from cloud transformation to the rise of AI and intelligent systems. You will develop expertise that is distinctive, recognised and differentiating in the market.
Support built into the programme
You will have a dedicated career coach, a buddy for your first weeks and ongoing development opportunities. We hire for potential and build the rest.
Flexible and hybrid working
We are based in Farringdon, Central London. Most of the team work from our office regularly, combined with visits onsite to clients and working from home.

2. First interview
Values and motivation
We want to understand what drives you, how you work with others and whether the Capacitas culture is a strong mutual fit.
3. Second interview
Technical and interpersonal
We are interested in your approach to problem-solving and how you engage with technical and business challenges. No prior expertise required, just curiosity and clear thinking.
4. Final round
Presentation and Q&A
A conversation with one of our senior consultants or heads of department. We want to see how you think about technology problems and how you communicate your ideas.
