Before applying, I was fortunate enough to attend a presentation by members of the Capacitas team in partnership with my university's careers service. They placed a strong emphasis on how Capacitas supports the growth and development of each of its employees, and having just graduated, that was exactly what I was looking for. The appeal of consultancy also resonated with me, as it offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of clients and industries, constantly pushing you to think outside the box as no single problem is the same.
Since joining, there has been a constant encouragement to pick up new skills and to keep developing and growing, whether through internal training or through the countless opportunities that arise during client work. What surprised me the most was being given complete ownership of a part of a project just two months in, something I didn't expect so early, but which has helped me develop far quicker than I thought I was capable of.
