Following a lift-and-shift move to the cloud in 2019, and acquisition by PE fund Cinven in 2023, the Archer team recognised there was a tremendous opportunity to power an improved client experience and investment in their product offerings by addressing the cost inefficiencies incurred during the initial migration into SaaS.
