We are running a free strategy briefing for outsourced service providers and their clients in January at our main offices in London - details below. Space is limited so book soon!
Date: Monday 21st January 2013
Location: Capacitas, 69 Turnmill Street, London, EC1M 5RR
Fee: free
Outsourced service providers, due to the nature of their business, have a unique set of challenges. Providing outsourced ICT services to customers is increasingly challenging, with contracts coming under intense scrutiny due to some very public failures. Whilst outsourcing is still popular as a business model the market is becoming increasingly fragmented and, with many new entrants such as cloud service providers, even more competitive.
With the widespread adoption of ITIL service management and arrival of cloud technologies, customers are demanding more from their providers. Clients require more proactive capacity and performance management, mature service levels and greater flexibility in capacity procurement.
This Strategy Briefing has sessions on:
- The Challenges Faced by Outsourcers and their Clients
- Capacity Management: The Service Provider's Perspective
- Capacity Management: The Client' s Perspective
There will also be a Q&A panel session at the end. The event includes lunch and refreshments.
