To drum up interest for next year’s placement and graduate positions, we visited the careers fair at the University of Kent on Tuesday 1st November. Many interested students visited our stall, where we explained to them the exciting opportunities offered at Capacitas, and answered their questions.
Over the years we have won many employment awards including winning “Best Company in the IT Service and IT Consulting Sector to Work for” this year from TheJobCrowd. Comments from our current graduates included “Great working environment”, “Lots of opportunities to develop your career” and “Great location”.
Over the past 4 years, Capacitas has recruited 9 students from the University of Kent for placement and graduate roles. Many interns have progressed from graduate roles, and now have senior positions within the company.
We recruited our first University of Kent graduate in 2012, Tom Jagot-Jarvis, and he has risen to become a Senior Consultant.
Working at Capacitas will allow you to learn and develop a range of key technical and personal skills across a variety of exciting projects.
