Capacitas Graduate Recruitment at City University of London

As Capacitas grows as a business, a number of us visited the recruitment fair at City University of London on Wednesday 12th October. This proved to be a successful event, as it allowed students to understand what we could offer them, how they would develop as an employee at Capacitas, and the exciting opportunities that lay ahead for them.

As a company we have won a number of awards over the years including "Best Company for Graduates to Work for in 2014/15." This year we won "Best Company in the IT Service & IT Consulting Sector to Work for" and “Best Company Overall."* (*for companies recruiting less than 30 graduates per year)

Capacitas has continued to provide a successful placement scheme since 2005. Many interns have progressed from graduate roles, and now have senior positions within the company.

We recruited our first graduate in 2005, Sameena Hassam, and she has risen to become a Principal Consultant, our highest grade consultant!
